Close Brothers is a leading UK merchant banking group providing lending, deposit taking, wealth management services and securities trading.

BIBA conference brings together insurance professionals and hosts Europe’s largest broking exhibition.

What did we do about it?

Custom build stand.

Our goal to attract and engage visitors with attention-grabbing elements and strong hospitality to facilitate client interaction and presentations.

The goal was to stand out with a strong presence, engaging gimmicks, and a focus on hospitality.

What We Provided:

• Screens: Installed screens to showcase presentations, with optimal placement for visibility.
• Lockers/Prizes: Added attention-grabbing lockers and prizes to draw visitors and facilitate a leaderboard.
• Branding: Enhanced visibility with large logos on key areas, including the back panel and plant boxes.
• Hospitality Areas: Created inviting spaces with seating, serving areas, and strategically placed lighting.

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say a big thank you from all of us at Close Brothers. Your team did an incredible job on our stand and helped to make everything go so smoothly. To turn up this year and see our stand already completed at 1pm totally took me by surprise and delighted the team. It meant we were able to jump on straight away and start dressing the stand so that the following morning we could come straight in and not have to worry about a thing. Both you and your team were on hand throughout the whole process and really delivered for us in every aspect.
