Choosing a contractor that has the same vision as you is vital. Achieving this vision within budget and to the standard you want is very difficult and therefore working with a contractor that can achieve all this for you, is rare, but Full Circle are that rarity! They can provide a creative flare but within a budget, and they work together with you as a partnership to achieve a high end quality finish that achieves the parameters that were set from the start. Working with them is an absolute pleasure. The work ethic on the show floor is hard working, enjoyable and eager to please. Full Circle have created team involvement which shines through all levels of management through to the work force. Kate Barratt, Operations Manager, Imbibe
Art and Antiques events are a speciality of ours and our history on events such as the Grosvenor House Art & Antiques Fair has earned us a reputation as an assuredly safe pair of hands when it comes to the fine finish and attention to detail required. Since LAPADA strolled elegantly onto the scene in 2009, it has grown to become one of the most beautiful events we produce, as well as one of the most prestigious events on the London social calendar.
One of only two yearly events to grace the beautiful Berkeley Square in London, the show invites 100 dealers in jewellery, furniture, carpets, tapestries, antiquities, clocks, ceramics, silver and fine art to display their treasures for one week each year in September. The design is unique, with an intriguing, authentic ambience, and the necessary air of permanence, which is the pinnacle of success for all event designers of this type and quality. The venue is tricky, requiring specialist skills and always makes for a ‘never a dull moment’ kind of show. We just love it, it is eclectic, beautiful, mad and frustrating at times, but we don’t know if there is another show that gives us such a sense of satisfaction.
All-Energy is the UK’s largest renewable energy exhibition and conference hosting 450 exhibitors and visitors from over 50 countries worldwide. A fast paced and important sector, the event supports organisations representing both traditional sectors of renewables, in addition to sustainability, community energy, energy for farming, grid, facilities management and more. Reed Exhibitions is the world’s largest exhibition organiser and their show teams really care about the events they produce, we love working with them.
From the outset, there was a proactive and inspiring attitude towards working with me and becoming an extended arm of the Ops team in delivering a great show in a new venue for the show. They wanted to help make a difference, and it worked. It was a risk to not only move into a new venue but to also take on a new stand fitting contractor in one go, but FC showed great support and fulfilment in delivering not only a smooth and safe operation but also in giving a new glowing outlook on some old features, or some ‘good tweaks’ to others and helped formulate some new ones banked for future years. The attention to detail was brilliant from pre planning right through to onsite delivery and breakdown. They had a great deal of sensible suggestions and past experience to pull on and the whole team were a pleasure to work with.

The Allergy & Free From Shows are weekend events full of products (food, drink, skin / hair care, household items and more), cooking classes, talks, expert advice, kids activities – the list goes on – all ‘free from’ and all dedicated to improving the lives of people who live with allergies, intolerances, eczema or coeliac disease.
A truly unique day out, visitors spend the day walking around, trying and buying products, sampling and asking questions and finding out more about services, charities and support groups. In the midst of all of this, there are talks lead by renowned experts in their fields, visitors can go and learn more about ‘free from’ cooking in the kitchen area, and – amazingly – help kids to learn more about their allergies through loads of other fun activities.
Our decision to choose Full Circle was based on their passionate commitment to making an immediate and positive change to the look of our events, both in terms of superior features and stand-builds. Full Circle are very strong on cost-effective creative design, and our decision was absolutely the right one; the show took a giant leap forward in 2015. Every exhibition organiser will tell you that the importance of the organiser-contractor relationship cannot be undervalued, and we are no different. I consider Full Circle a partner of our UK events in the truest sense; I thoroughly enjoyed working with them on the 2015 London event (the biggest our company has ever delivered) and was delighted with their service. Tom Treverton, Portfolio Director F2F Events
We have never been known to turn down an invitation, so when the call came to help create Raffles 50th birthday bash, of course we said we’d love to. The event was held in a giant marquee on London’s Berkeley Square for 1500 of Raffles’ nearest and dearest. The world famous Guy Gerber span the tunes while the super VIP guests partied in aid of two great charities, the BOA Foundation and Rose Charities. The night was also jam packed full of entertainment and other surprises donated by their incredible sponsors for the night; Rolls Royce, Crockfords, Bugatti, Vertu, Belvedere and Moet & Chandon N.I.R. Huge night, lots of fun, hope we’re around for the 100th!
A prestigious invite only event to launch Audi’s new TT, A6 and A7.Full Circle was responsible for creating the concourse and the Q & A areas. Security was paramount and the Full Circle team was entrusted with all access passes prior to the launch. Needless to say a few of the guys came back with a new Audi, at the top of their Christmas list.
