We might be one of the UK’s largest event suppliers now, but we stick pretty closely to the idea we had right at the very beginning – to build a business that puts people first.

Maybe it’s the Mancunian thing but we’ve always been privileged to attract some big personalities, with big ideas (and terrible jokes but you can’t win them all).

But by far the biggest idea we’ve ever had is the one we had on day 1 – bring out the best in people.
