Easy Fairs- Alma VIP

What is it?

At the Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition, the UK’s top event for non-surgical aesthetic professionals, Alma and Easy Fairs wanted to create something special: a VIP lounge that would truly impress attendees, blending luxury with the brand’s identity.

What did we do on it?

We were brought in to design a space that combined elegance with functionality, ensuring that every aspect of the lounge aligned with Alma’s brand and provided a standout experience for visitors.

How did we achieve it?

• Design & Brand Integration: We crafted a space that seamlessly incorporated Alma’s brand identity with a modern Scandinavian aesthetic, creating a luxurious and welcoming environment.
• Seminar Areas: A versatile area for talks and presentations allowed industry professionals to connect and share knowledge in an intimate setting.
• Beauty & Wellness Zones: A dedicated area featured Alma’s latest laser technology, giving attendees the chance to experience cutting-edge treatments firsthand.
• Hair & Makeup Lounge: Pre-event pampering sessions ensured guests looked and felt their best before hitting the networking scene.
• Showcase Stand: We also designed a smaller exhibition stand to highlight Alma’s products and engage attendees in the main exhibition area.

Working with Full Circle on our feature design was a brilliant and professional experience throughout.

The project management teams created wonderful designs for us, guided us and our clients throughout the initial planning process, and really brought all of our ideas together into something beautiful and cohesive.

The delivery onsite was also very smooth, and the finished result was professional and sleek, giving us one of the best VIP lounges we have ever had.
