In 2024, we proudly partnered with RoarB2B to deliver seven events across their portfolio. Our collaboration involved providing comprehensive build services, including turnkey packages.

By working closely with the organiser, we focused on developing and innovating their shows, ensuring continual improvement in our delivery methods for events held in London and the Midlands.

Roar B2B and Full Circle partnered on the build of our largest show, the Environmental Services and Solutions Expo, for the second year running in 2024. The event covered 45,000 sqm at the NEC and welcomed almost 500 exhibitors. The show offers logistical challenges but is also a testament to the staff, contractors and exhibiting community who pull together to create something special for visitors each year.

As an environmental event we have to carefully consider the materials and sustainable policies we implement. We produce sustainable guides to visiting and exhibiting which Full circle support us with. For example; all organiser carpet is Rewind 100% recyclable Cradle to Cradle certified, the global standard for safe, circular and responsibly made products. Goals to reduce our carbon footprint, offset the carbon in our 100+ turnkey packages, and create space in a tight schedule, are just some of the challenges we have tackled together this year creating space to grow again in 2025.

Full Circle are very personable, the wider team speak frequently and share information well. We possess a similar customer service ethic; both organisations plan carefully to pre-empt problems and have experienced teams with the right specialists. I have seen Full Circle grow their team throughout our partnership, improving their service, building trust and a good working relationship.
