GAMI: is the General Authority for Military Industries.
Farnborough Air Show: This is a major international aerospace trade show held every two years in Farnborough, England. It showcases the latest in aviation technology, aircraft, and innovations, and is a key event for industry professionals and enthusiasts.
The client’s primary goal was to keep brand awareness at the event and to meet existing and new partners.
So we did just that, offering solutions from:
Various Private Meeting Rooms: to welcome current partners, and most importantly dignitaries from the Middle East, and invited guests from Saudi Arabia, with separate entrances for guests and for staff ensuring a confidential and private space.
Notable branding elements: The chalet needed to present that GAMI were there and make a statement in order to welcome new partners, they also incorporated throughout the design personalised messages from the Crown Prince.
Hospitable areas within the chalet: The interior needed to make all delegates and guests feel welcome and comfortable due to their high status, thus the large informal feature areas encouraged free movement, as well as a fully functioning bar/ dining area, which guests could visit at their leisure.
Amenities: The chalet needed W/C facilities for ladies and gents and a dedicated VIP W/C, All areas needed dedicated facilities for washing before prayer. Aswell as a prayer room to enable guests their own private time.
Interactive elements: We needed a large focus on AV and a video wall to promote the latest activities on GAMI in the industry.
The main client was very impressed, the chalet detail and finish was excellent and the overall results reflected this.
