Travelport: A worldwide retail travel platform. The company provide distribution, technology, and payment solutions for the travel and tourism industry, connecting buyers and sellers that share a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

ITB Berlin: The leading platform for the global travel and tourism industry. Taking place in Messe Berlin, the show attracts over 100,000 attendees representing almost 200 countries.

Overview:

• Working closely with the Travelport team, Full Circle designed and built an eye-catching stand, transforming Travelport’s distinct branding into a real architectural space.
• Key deliverables included:
  • Private meeting room with embedded sliding doors, bringing the privacy and luxury of the boardroom to the show floor.
  • Bespoke hospitality bar to serve hundreds of cups of tea and coffee per day, plus the occasional alcoholic beverage.
  • Demo Totems with pop-out screens and PA systems to enable the stand team to engage the show audience with their presentations.
  • Soft-seating upholstered to Travelport’s brand colours, with bespoke cushions to match.
  • Dual-access store room, seamlessly servicing both the meeting room and hospitality area.
  • Charging stations and storage throughout the stand, maximising the use of the available space

Full Circle have gone above and beyond to deliver our stand to the highest possible quality – we have hugely valued their creative and technical expertise. The team have been highly responsive and engaged, and have been extremely flexible with tight deadlines and last-minute changes. From our perspective, they have made the process of exhibiting at one of the largest global tradeshows remarkably easy, which is no small feat. Full Circle truly became a seamless extension of our team for the period in which we worked together.
