LAPADA is one of the UK’s leading associations for professional art and antiques dealers, bringing together a highly discerning community of specialists, collectors and enthusiasts. Its annual Antiques & Art Fair takes place in the prestigious surroundings of Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London, creating a unique showcase for exceptional works of art, antiques and design.
What did we do on it?
Since 2024, Full Circle has partnered with LAPADA to deliver its prestigious London fair, working as a strategic partner to create an exceptional exhibition environment for both exhibitors and visitors.
Set within a temporary marquee structure in the heart of Mayfair, the project required meticulous planning, careful coordination and outstanding on-site management. With a shared goal of rebuilding trust and confidence within LAPADA’s highly discerning exhibitor community, we placed transparency, consistency and exceptional service at the heart of everything we did.

Complete Exhibition Delivery: Delivered the full shell scheme throughout the marquee, providing the foundations for a premium exhibition environment while ensuring consistency and quality across the fair.
Bespoke Exhibitor Upgrades: Created a flexible range of stand enhancements, allowing dealers to personalise their spaces with choices of flooring, drape, lighting, paint finishes and bespoke carpet colours, ensuring each stand complemented the individual character of its exhibitor.
Custom Digital Exhibitor Portal: Developed a fully customised digital exhibitor portal, simplifying the ordering process and giving exhibitors greater control over how their stands looked and felt. The platform brought all available options together in one accessible place.
Dedicated One-to-One Exhibitor Support: Provided individual guidance to every exhibitor using the portal, offering personal support and advice to help them navigate their options and achieve the right presentation for their stand.
Feature Areas & Hospitality Spaces: Designed and delivered key areas across the fair, including restaurants, champagne bars, the main entrance and registration areas, creating welcoming and premium spaces for exhibitors and visitors alike.
Full Graphics & Branding: Produced and installed graphics throughout the event, including extensive internal branding and external graphics across the marquee, creating a strong and cohesive visual identity from the moment visitors arrived.
