DSEI UK: A leading international defence and security exhibition, bringing together governments, armed forces, industry leaders and technology providers from around the world to showcase innovation, build relationships and explore opportunities across the defence and security sectors.
Overview:
Working in alignment with the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI), Full Circle designed and delivered a complete bespoke Canadian Pavilion at DSEI UK, creating a central destination for Canadian exhibitors to showcase their capabilities and connect with an international audience.
Bringing multiple exhibitors together under one unified Canadian identity, the pavilion combined impactful branding, dedicated exhibition spaces and welcoming hospitality and networking areas. Full Circle managed the delivery of the entire space, from the bespoke stand build and integrated bar area to graphics, electrics and flooring, creating a cohesive and fully functional exhibition environment.
Key deliverables included:
Bespoke Canadian Pavilion: Designed and delivered a custom-built pavilion bringing multiple Canadian exhibitors together within one cohesive and professionally branded exhibition space.
Integrated Exhibitor Spaces: Created individual exhibition areas within the wider pavilion, allowing businesses to showcase their products, services and capabilities while benefiting from a consistent overall design.
High-Impact Branding & Graphics: Designed, produced and installed graphics throughout the pavilion, incorporating bold Canadian branding and imagery to create a distinctive identity and strong visibility across the show floor.
Dedicated Bar & Hospitality Area: Built a central bar area, providing a welcoming space for hospitality, networking and informal meetings throughout the event.
Networking & Meeting Spaces: Incorporated dedicated areas for exhibitors to host visitors, hold discussions and develop valuable connections with international industry professionals.
Complete Electrical Installation: Delivered the electrical infrastructure throughout the pavilion, ensuring exhibitors and shared spaces had the power and services required.
Flooring & Finishing: Supplied and installed the pavilion flooring, bringing the different areas together to create a polished and consistent finish.
End-to-End Project Delivery: Managed the complete pavilion build, coordinating every element from the bespoke structures and graphics to the bar, electrics and flooring, ensuring a seamless and professionally delivered space.
