What is it?

The Pensions UK Annual Conference brings together professionals from across the pensions industry to share insights, discuss key challenges and explore the latest developments shaping the future of pensions. The event provides a valuable platform for networking, knowledge sharing and connecting industry organisations with the people who matter.

What did we do on it?

We delivered the whole show! From electrics and carpeting to exhibition stands, graphics and venue signage, Full Circle managed every detail from start to finish.

Working closely with the event team, we helped transform the exhibition from a traditional shell scheme format into a more flexible range of modular Show Ready packages and bespoke custom-build stands. The result maintained the established look and feel of the event while making the most of build times and creating a smoother experience for exhibitors.

• Graphics & Venue Signage: Designed and delivered graphics for exhibition stands, alongside venue signage to create a cohesive visual identity and help visitors navigate the show.
• Exhibitor Support: Held one-to-one calls with exhibitors to guide them through the process, help them make the most of their allocated space and ensure they had the right solution for their requirements.
• A Smarter Approach to Build: Helped move the event away from a traditional shell scheme format towards modular Show Ready packages, preserving the event’s established aesthetic while working within the available build times.
• Full Project Management: Brought all the moving parts together under one coordinated delivery, providing the organiser with a single partner across the show’s planning, preparation and on-site execution.
